Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Scarlett Johansson has been residing in her Long Island home located in Amagansett. Recently, she was spotted heading out to buy groceries for her family in the Hamptons. Despite the light rain, the 35-year-old actress kept herself warm with a thick beige sweater. She is famously known for her role in Avengers: Endgame.
In her latest outfit, Scarlett combined a V-neck sweater with a knee-length skirt that had a frayed hem in black. To complete the relaxed look, she opted for black sandals and styled her blonde hair in a messy bun. Scarlett carried a beige handbag with her but left it in the trunk while she was shopping for groceries. She wore a blue surgical mask to protect herself and others from the spread of COVID-19. Scarlett looks effortlessly chic while taking precautions to stay safe during these uncertain times.
It seems that Scarlett has left her fiancé Colin and their daughter Rose at home. The couple has been together since 2017 and got engaged in May of last year. Unfortunately, the ongoing pandemic has put a hold on their plans to get married. Colin mentioned during an interview with Andy Cohen last month that restrictions on large gatherings may make it legally impossible for them to have their wedding anytime soon. He emphasized that it’s not the time to gather all of their elderly relatives together in one big group. Colin also mentioned that they don’t even know if they can do a live show for SNL, let alone have a wedding where the audience includes elderly guests.
Jost shared his experience of meeting Scarlett Johansson on the set of SNL in his memoir A Very Punchable Face. According to him, he felt overwhelmed and intimidated by her when they first met in 2006 while she was a guest host and he was a writer. Jost described Johansson as not just beautiful but also smart and sweet, with an air of sophistication that left him in awe. He even went on to praise her for possessing a grace and smile like no other human he’s ever seen.
